From the withdrawal processed and paid out from our side, it takes 1-5 bank days until the funds are in your bank account or E-wallet.

Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not counted as bank days.

If your withdrawal is not on your bank account after this time, please contact us and provide us with the following:

For us to be able to track your payment, we need a PDF file of a bank statement from your online bank account. We need to see the IBAN number, and all payment transactions from the day you made the withdrawal until today.

For us to be able to track your payment, we need a screenshot from your e-wallet account, showing all the payment transactions from the day you made the withdrawal until today.

Once we have received the requested document from you, we will be able to escalate this to the payment team for investigation.
